I coach people who are struggling in their lives or in their careers, or who have difficulty balancing work with relationships and physical health. I also can bring a spiritual dimension to coaching.
Do you have the courage to see yourself as you could be?
Do you WANT to change?
As your Coach,
I will walk with you as you begin or continue your journey. I am passionate about being on the journey myself, and know that transformation is possible. While the journey may be difficult, I have experienced myself that it is wonderfully joyous.
For years, I battled overeating and lived a sedentary life; I had developed pre-diabetes ten years ago. Since then, I have lost over 65 pounds and have learned how to live a healthy life. I no longer have pre-diabetes.
I am a certified Life Coach - certified by one of the oldest and most respected Life Coaching Schools: The Coaches Training Institute. In addition, I am an Episcopal Priest, ordained since 1993.
If you do want to change,
and I hope you do, there are some simple steps to follow. Discover what is important to you and what you value in life. Discover your vision for life, and act upon it. Admit to the areas in which you are stuck, and ask for help in moving through them towards your vision for life.
For this to happen, you also need to believe that:
one step at a time - one small change at a time. To use an old cliche, you can’t get to the top of the mountain without climbing; and climbing only happens one step at a time.
Perhaps you’ve started this climb before; or many times before. It doesn’t matter why you stopped, or even if you slid back down to the bottom. Today is a new day, and you get to begin again.
I hope you choose to climb.
The next thing you need to know, is that you don’t have to do this alone. Everyone needs support and help along the way. Coaching can provide that help.
